A Cluttered Mind

Now that I am feeling better, people try to coax me to be part of their busy lives. I have been secluded since 2007. The pressure  confuses me.

Humbly, I kneel before You, O Lord,

with a cluttered mind.

It is cluttered with the pressure of  a worldly culture.

May Your beacon light shine brightly

through the daily rubble the I face.

I will follow it to Your place of rest.

There, my earthly concerns will disappear.

All praise to You, my Lord.

  1. Wonderful prayer…..you have great insight into what you need John.
Listen to the the inner you and remember that reentering the busy world has blessings and pitfalls. Take it slow and don’t let people push you where you do not want to go….You have an amazing way of being caring and loving with other people…..when you are ready accept some of it back from them..May God walk with you always.
